Luminous flat in beautiful Outremont
Our flat is on the lower floor of a three storey building dating from the year 1928; old in Montreal :). We are located at the edge of an alleyway with windows all around, letting in a lot of light compared to other units on the street. We have a garage with an EV charging station.
We are located a mere 7 min walk from the Outremont metro station, and within 2 min from various bus stops; there are also bike sharing stations in the vicinity.
We are right next to an indoor skating rink and an outdoor public swimming pool in the Winter and Summer, respectively. What we love about our neighbourhood are the parks we get to enjoy all year round.
Finally, we are within spitting distance of three very good bakeries (for those of you who want your croissants and chaussons aux pommes first thing), an excellent coffee shop, and two grocery stores. And there's a very practical depanneur just up the street - the kind that sells tomato plants in summer and panettone at Christmas.
